I'm a massive fan of Stones Throw Records (aren't we all), they bring us wonderful music from wonderful and loved artists like J Dilla, Madlib and Dam-Funk. If you haven't met her already then meet Georgia Anne Muldrow, the first female artist signed to Stones Throw...a singer / musician giving us gorgeous laid back hip hop and soul music with beautiful vocals. Another girl surrounded by music, her mother singer / songwriter Rickie Byars and Dudley Perkins with whom she has a close and magical bond (and a baby). Girl can really sing, she is amazing, her music totally moves me, love her style and vibe....but hey she's gotta be pretty special to be signed to the almighty Stones Throw right? Long live Georgia.
